Cool, but those aren't anything like the old 2600 cartridges that I remember.  They used to have really nice artwork with no indication or warning of the horribly disappointing graphics awaiting inside.  Like this combat cartridge:

The early ones did have like posted above. All the systems' cartridges did, until perhaps '81 or 2. Don't know if it was a legal thing or what, but some like Vectrex and Odyssey2 started showing the actual in-game graphics. But I think that particular image was made for two reasons - to 8-bit-ize GTA, but more to stand out for the period.

Those are pretty neat. If they had matching DVD case spines Id prolly use Portal and COD4 as covers...
