Reminds me of probably the funniest "Dirty Jobs" episode ever.  Some lady's basement toilet exploded like that and crap from everyone in the neighborhood flooded the entire basement.  The guy's reactions and comments were just hilarious.

I'm rather surprised they didn't stop up in the sewer. Definitely a research project for those in fluid dynamics.
