MALA/EMUMOVIES SKIN...I WANT!!!!

Hey there,

Been searching for a really great skin for some time and stumbled across this in my searches. I know its mala running as the front end showing off emumovies, but i am using mamewah 1.62/3 (cant remember which). Is this skin avaible anywhere for download or was it developed by someone. Love it!!!!! The control panel and cab gives it a great look.

You could always considering using MaLa.

You can have it on the same machine as MaLa looking at the same mame and roms.

If you like it you can make it the default FE later

ok...so if i use Mala is the skin one of the defaults? or only for Mala FE?

Just use the Mamewah Layout Designer. It's really easy to use. Making that layout shouldn't take you more than a few minutes.

Yeah...i figured that would be the path i would have to take...all of those CP photos and cabinent photos though...gezzzzz....apart from klov and maws (although i don't remember seeing cab and cp photos) is there a good sorce for where to find em.

That Amiga2000 guy says that his skin is just a slightly modified version of MaLa's default template.

It's not hard to find the CP's and cab photo collections, can't really say the name of the more popular torrent site people get them from, but you can always get the cab and CP collections from MrDo's website although it seems to be down right now.

Yes, that MALA skin/template was actually one of the default mamewah templates that was converted to mala using the converter that came with 1.04.  All that was done was moving some things around with the editor and adding the marquee.  Even the space invader background was from the default.

I personally like this one better.  Same thing except the control panel is in the bottom and the marquee is at the top of the snap / video.  Most of the media came from emumovies of course!
