I have an arcade machine, with advancemenu 2.4.8 + TNT 32mb, 512MB memory, 2.2 sempron and creative sound card, then i just tried to download a 3d game(rival school, soul edge, tekken3 etc...) but these games run too slow in my arcade machine, so i tried to upgrade my video card to HIS ATI RADEON 7500 with 128MB memory. Can anybody help me how to config my advancemenu to make my 3d games run smoothly.

MAME doesn't offload 3D stuff to your video card, so upgrading your video card is unlikely to help and neither will adjusting any settings in advancemenu (which is a frontend to launch emulators, rather than an emulator itself).

I don't know what the current specs are to play the System 11 and ZN 1 (Playstation) games,  but I suspect your bottleneck is your CPU, not your graphics card.

You could try another emulator, such as Zinc. (google).

its a sempron 2.2ghz, 512MB, ATI radeon 7500 128MB....
ZINC is a windows base program...
I need a dos base program...
is there really no chance of tweaking my configurations like adding Svgalib...

Why DOS? There are Linux binaries of Zinc available too.

Nope. Your PC is not fast enough to run those games at full speed in MAME. A new video card/settings won't help.

Are you sure? Streetfighter EX2 Plus runs 30 times as fast on my C2D with 7600GT compared to a 1.5ghz machine with Radeon 9200. Or someone did the PPC code really bad, or the new mame does use OpenGL.

It's the C2D, not the 7600GT that gives you the boost.  There is virtually* no benefit to using a high end GPU with MAME.

* the only slight benefit would be if you are doing things with artwork and bezels.

Heheheh, yeah, echoing ahofle with my 'just gotta' laughter. You didn't compare equal processors, Blanka.

actually i use advancemenu with parallel-snes joystick converted to arcade joystick for my arcade business, i set it up, that when have already choosen a game to play in advancemenu, then they will insert the coin, and when the game runs, it will have an automatic 1 credit for them, can i also use Zinc, and edit this program same as advancemenu for my business?
