Anything "handmade" will be better than store bought. (Even if it is store bought)> Something like handblown glasses or scented candles. Mothers day is a hard day to shop... Just find something neat that is pretty and useful. Regardless she will love you for it. :D
--- Yes I AM doing this on purpose, and yes I DO realize it is pissing you off.

or you can gift a dinner on mothers day for your mom, or gift vouchers, household items, home furnishings, apparels, but according to me best gift is a dinner, going whole family together, this will make your mom very happy. For more gift ideas please refer below link, i once purchased from this site a gift voucher, it is a nice one.

I dissected a laptop and installed it into a frame.  It became a digital photo frame, running Windows XP.  It pulls photos wirelessly from a Flickr account that my wife and I control.  So when my mother in law comes home from work, she's often surprised to see brand new pictures of her grand daughter displaying on her photo frame.  It's a gift that keeps on giving.  And the fact that I built it does two things: 1) it gives me loads of cred . . . they love me, and 2) it looks approximately 1000x better than almost anything you could buy.

It cost me about $25 for the frame.  The laptop was just an old junker that wasn't in use.  I did have to pick up a WiFi card for it, though, which was probably another $20.

Take her out for dinner at a place that she really likes.  I've done that for my mom the past few years, and she really enjoys it.  She then knows that she gave birth to a son that has made something of himself so he can take her out to dinner, plus she gets to eat whatever she wants and not worry about cost.  She's liked that more than any physical gift I could buy for her.

What do you buy for a mother who has always been nuts and has severe borderline personality disorder, but has recently gone off the deep end?
