Have you tried asking in the official MA forums? I wouldn't recommend converting them since they will increase in size drastically and lose some quality.

Try Mala or AtomicFe , they play Game Preview very well too.

Actually, no you don't need to convert them... All of the video previews I have were acquired from EMUMovies.  I too had issues with them playing in Maximus, but found out it was the codec that I was using and not the FE's fault.  I switched to FDDShow and video previews work perfectly fine now.

Do you have a link to the codec pack you're using? I'm using the SQ emumovies with maximus and they are'nt playing right the audio is either faster than the video or they are just choppy with audio and video cutting in and out. I have a decent XP computer and the video card is an Ultimarc avgp running an arcade monitor, I don't know what's up with this, I also have the Ace Codec pack installed as recommended by someone the the MA forum.  Any ideas?
