Just to note, all three of those companies are in Miami, Florida.

8liners.com just recently jacked up their shipping charges.

Alva Amusement has the lowest prices.

ken can i use a regular videocard with the monitor if i use soft 15 or do you recommend i get a arcade vga

Sorry can't help you there. My experience is with real arcade gameboards feeding the monitor a real arcade video signal.

quick question ken when i get every thing hook up do i plug the power cord in a electric outlet or do the chassis need a islation transformer

not all monitor require an iso transformer,if it says you don't need one then don't bother

go for it bro,just make sure you have matched the yoke impedence and tube size otherwise you will get geometry issue's

My vohms-7  my h ohms 2   the tv tube is a sanyo 27  will this chassis fill the entire screen because on the site it say it for a 25 inch monitor

it should be o.k,its close enough.
most far east chassis have enough adjustments to counter act any geometry/size issues as long as the specs are close

always start with the cheap option,try soft 15k with a standard graphics card.if you are not happy then upgrade to a avga
stuff like this is always trial and error

i try the radeon first but how do i connect it can i use ultimarc video amp to make it simple

i am not sure as i do not mess with mame stuff BUT a cga monitor wants a 1.5 to 4 volt signal whereas a vga will supplying 0.7 v so my view is that you will need a signal amplifier
you could always just try connecting direct to see if you get a good enough picture,it won't do any harm

The chassis sold by 8liners, Alva, etc. are all standard resolution.
