I'd be highly surprised if he didn't create a new account just for this.

Lol.  I am so happy right now.   :laugh2:  All the Pats fans who stood up and jumped when Brady completed the pass to Moss for the touchdown to give the Pats the lead.  All the Obnoxious fans who stated out loud that the Pats were a mere two minutes from perfection.  All of the obnoxious fools who claimed that the Pats were the best team of all time.

They're nothing.  The 2007 Patriots couldn't win when it counted.  They went 18-1, a hell of a good season, but not perfect.  The 1972 Dolphins are still the only perfect team in the history of the NFL.  The Pats couldn't do it when it mattered.

If it sounds like I'm gloating, it's only because I have daily contact with some of the most horrific Pats fans on Earth.  They think their team can't do anything wrong and REFUSE to listen to any criticism.  I'll have so much fun tomorrow just saying "18-1".  ;D
Donkey Kong High Scores:

2): 35,600

4): 29,400
5): 28,200

Told ya he'd be back. ;D

Read his most recent posts for even more subtle hilarity.
To be quite honest though, I'd be more than happy to overlook this one and pretend Tommy is still gone and this is just a big miscommunication. That is, if "I'm not Tommy" would like to be a normal person for a change.

I don't know what you guys are talking about and why you think I'm this other person. What is the problem and why do I resemble another guy who used to be here?

Choked?  They were out played.

One hell of a super bowl.  Probably the best one I've ever seen.

Oh they were definitely outplayed, no doubt about it. I believe that you give credit where credit is due. The Giants definitely deserve credit for beating the Pats fair and square.

I'd also have to say that was about the best officiating I've ever seen in a Superbowl. Normally there are more than a few blown calls. The only play I can think of off the top of my head that should have been called was that long Amani Toomer reception which he shoved the defender in the face to get open.

Don't think it was one of the best Super bowls though. It had a great ending, but the rest of the game was pretty much uninteresting. The only good thing about nothing happening all game was that it pretty much guaranteed the game would get really interesting at the end.

There are two people here who know for absolute certain the truth as to who you are or are not - you, and Saint. He knows your IP address after all. Of course, your secret is safe with him - I don't think he shares that kind of info. Of course, if I were him I would frown on someone making a big stink, deleting his account and then sneaking back in and "discreetly" stirring the pot conveniently in other Tommy threads. Please, complete the tri-fecta and resurrect one of the Pit Bull threads. Honestly, if you truly think you are being discreet well then you are as dumb as most of us think you are.

Eh, you guys are making "tommy" threads all over the place, I'm just commenting on the newest threads available. If you do not wish to talk about this guy maybe you should stop making threads about him and leave me out if it.

Brady couldn't throw a single accurate pass over 25 yards.  They only called 2-3 of them before the final couple of minutes when they had no choice... his injury must have been far worse than they let on.  He couldn't get it done against the Chargers or the Giants.  The Giants were all over him all night and were definitely the better team last night.  Their defense won them a Super Bowl.

I'd like to know WTF happened to Moss in the postseason.  Analysts keep saying "he's getting doubled and taken away" as if he hasn't been doubled for over ten years now.

That game was uninteresting to people who don't enjoy watching great defense.  Both teams played really well on the defensive side - the Giants just played better.

I don't spend a lot of time in EE, but I thought I'd correct the quote from The Who's rock opera, Tommy.  The real words are:

"my name is Tommy, and I became aware this year."   It's about a deaf, dumb, and blind boy that is at first worshipped but in the end is despised.

It's not from the rock opera "Jerry Seinfeld"
