Your marquee is a bit "busy". I think the general colour scheme is good, it'll look good when lit. Your character art doesn't work well as they just look stuck on and dont match the general feel. Why instructions on a marquee? Surely thats for an instruction card. Personally I think you have the basis of a fantastic marquee in your sig. Combined with the right font for your logo, you have the makings of something great!

not to bust your balls, because it looks like you spent some time on this, but why the console characters? Snake from MGS4 is the one I'm concerned with the most...are you going to put a ps3 in the cab?

Actually I didn't create it, The design was made for me by the people who made my website,
Snce then I took out the MGS pic and added a WoW one, I also was thinking on making a few other revisions, but I'm no photoshop guru, so it takes me some time.

This makes sence as it sort of resembles a website.  IMHO, there is waaay too much going on there.   If I could pick a few things to change, I would:

Fade out that grid background.  It interferes with your text.
Pick some logos to use and pull them off of the white background.
Lose the screenshots.  If you like characters from those games, find some individual artwork of them.
Instructions don't belong on a marquee (even if they are somewhat tongue in cheek).  Save them for your CPO or bezel.

the font in the middle is wack.  the manufacturer logos need to go.

other than that, I really like it a lot.
