I obtained a few oddball monitors this summer, and am attempting to cap-em-all and keep the good ones. Most have clean screens so it's worth the effort.
One of them is marked Kaga KZ 20ES-A. Reading the FAQ here, I found the following tidbits (bolding the applicable part):
Also note the Sega MC-2000-S , this chassis was never made by SEGA , it is an early Nanao chassis made by a sister company of Nanao called Kaga Denshi The correct model number is KZ-20EN-L this used the standard 12 pin neck board.
They also released a 10 pin version KZ-20ES that was later replaced with a Nanao MS7-20L .
I saw another post on usenet that stated this chasiss was also called the MC-2030-S by Nanao.
So, what is the correct cap-kit for this? Is it the same as the MC-2000-S? Bob only has 1 Kaga the KZ-19V which I assume is different, given the above comments from the FAQ/usenet.
Also, I assume this is also a 100 VAC chassis, not 110-120V?
