I am running MAME with a 27in TV via component dongle at 800X600 resolution, there is allot of sound studder, I changed the resolution in Windows and the ATI Catalyst to 640X480 and the Sound studder stopped, Only thing is that there is a border around the screen which makes the veiwing area smaller and when I run games at native resolutions they are way too small, smaller than they should be or were with 800X600, anyone know why the sound studder would clear up with the change in resolution? Also I have gone into the service menu and I cannot strech the screen to a bigger size, I just get really bad bowing on the sides.
