To be more accurate, you can't use either game that involves a team from your preceding game. You can't even pick one of those teams to lose.

This is a GAME. True problems lie out in the real world. I've got better things to do than worry about the implications of the BYOAC pick em contest. If everyone keeps picking the favorites, the law of averages suggests that eventually they will be wrong. Or are you predicting Indy to go undefeated this season?

That's how this game works, tommy. Eventually, most people are out, and the ones that are left begin to make different choices. We have a full 17 weeks to play and the playoffs if need be but rarely does one of these games go much beyond the halfway point. Even if everyone picks the Colts every week, the Colts aren't going 18-0.

No one will pick 18 games in a row. If they could do that they'd be somewhere else playing a better game.

That's the way it goes sometimes in these games. Some weeks there are easy picks, some weeks those "easy" picks end up as upsets. But really, given Cleveland's current situation, can you blame folks for picking against them this week?

Edit: I went back and looked, and I've picked Cincy over Cleveland in one of the first two weeks every Pick'em so far. Man, I must really like that matchup.
