Atari Xybots 'Twist to Turn' control stickers?

My Atari Xybots 'Twist to Turn' control stickers (on the top of the joysticks) are missing.  I have a laserjet, some printable sticker paper, but no images of this silly sticker.  Has anyone here made them into a gif, or jpg, or bmp?  I'm just about done with this one, but the lack of art is hurting the game badly!  :cry:
