Cyberball bits

Hey all, anyone have available or know of a source for the dual monitor Cyberball bits and artwork?

I'll most likely be picking up a couple repro CPOs from mamemarquees, but I'm still in need of sideart, marquee, the large front instructions piece, and the player stickers that go under the control panel (for the kids that can't see over the CPO itself, I guess?).

If someone happens to have the piggyback tourny upgrade board and relevant artwork instead, I guess I'd be fine with that, too. :]
