Personally, I think it is a huge waste of money to have a casket and a plot. You are dead. WHO CARES?!? I always tell my wife to just put me out with the garbage. (Hopefully I will die near garbage day so she doesn't have to keep my body in the house for too many days)
I agree in this matter. I don't believe in an afterlife and all that, so I don't really care what happens to my body after I'm dead.
David Cross had a good bit about this same concept:
"My family has always said, Don't you care what happens to your body after you die? And, uhhhh, no I don't. I'll be
dead, so I won't be in a position to care. Just toss me in the trash or something,
I do not care. Hell, maybe get some practical use out of my corpse. Maybe give it to a bunch of necrophiliacs. They could take my body and ---fudgesicle--- me in the ass. Yeah, ---fudgesicle--- me in the ass, ---fudgesicle--- me in the ear, ---fudgesicle--- me in the eye sockets, ---fudgesicle--- me in the mouth, make new holes in my body and ---fudgesicle--- those. Whatever, it's not important."
