I did a similar look on RGVAC before making that statement and good working boards were in the range I quoted. Locally here they go in that range as well. On ebay, with game boards, they go cheaper because of the amount of scammers there.
Also, if you look deeper into the ebay results, it shows a bit a different tale. Tested and working boards from decent sellers all go over $100. Untested but complete boards get the $60 to $70 that FrizzleFried mentioned.
