submit a ticket. they will answer...sometimes it just takes a while.
went to the support forums and saw a post about all offers getting denied. apparently its happening to a lot of people. the main admin guy responded with this:
"It appears our import script for the ID offers has broken.
We are working to resolve it now, our development staff is reviewing the files to see what has changed and such.
I believe we have a feature to resubmit all failed credits back for approval, I 'm double checking now on that to confirm"
you may want to wait a day or two to see if they fix it first, but one of the other mods said this:
"if you did the offer 100% truthfully then open a ticket with the following information:
1) Date and approximate time including time zone it was completed
2) The website of ours you completed it on
3) Your username on our website
4) A Copy of a welcome email you should have received from them, in text format.
5) The email address in which the order was placed with them under.
6) Any other mailing information, etc that will help support your claim with the sponsor.
the following still applies:
If an offer does not credit you and your sure you did it, please wait up to a few days, and try to resubmit for credit.
If after 15 days, of trying you can submit a manual credit request. Offers with a payout of 5 points or less is not eligible for manual credit requests. If after 15 days you have not received credit you may submit a ticket to us and we will investigate however, we can only credit you if the following conditions are met:
You have an email confirmation with full email headers that state and prove if you did this offer (How to). You also must be an active customer of the said offer and not have canceled it. Once you submit the manual credit request, it can take 6-8 weeks for us to get an answer from the sponsor and credit the account."
be patient though. these guys really are legit and if you submit a ticket, and give it a day or two...it will get resolved.
