Im trying to look for MAME v.99 and MAME32 v.99.  where can i find these? im looking everywhere.

You can get all the old versions here

Read the text at the top of the page to obtain versions (like 99) that don't have a link.   ;D

I think Joymonkey has a site with old mame32 (I could be wrong)  :dunno
