Well, I'm just about 90% finished with my cabinet!!! ;D

I took some pictures for you guys to enjoy.  The only thing left is to get the happ coin door and its done!!

Here are the system specs for it:

Hardware:
Ultimate arcade II kit
smartstrip power strip
Mamemarquee marquee, backlit with 18" fluorescent tube
Dual window fan (used to cool the cabinet, one fan pushes, one fan pulls, it does a great job!!!)
Logitech z-2300 8" sub  with alpine type R 6.5" speakers
insignia 27" tv running component video
Greylite 14 glass
slikstik quad
Pentium 4 2.8 ghz
    1gb ram
    soundblaster sound card
    bfg geforce 7600 gs oc 512mb agp card with component out (yes it do get a few fps on chd games     
      with this card compared to my old 128mb card!!!)
    wireless g card
    fire wire (for quick jukebox song transfer)
    80gb main drive
    120gb rom/mp3 drive
    250gb backup drive

Software
Frontend: Registered GameEx
Mame32 .106 with complete rom/chd set
norton save and restore ( for quick and easy backups in case of system failure)
windows xp pro

Thanks to all you guys with your inputs and "downputs", i learned a ton from reading the boards and have finally got a great working arcade machine!!!!

How did you mount your greylite 14 glass to your cab? Also, do you have any pics of that?

 all i did was put velcro on the 4 corners of the bezel that the glass rest against.  it holds super strong and is not going anywhere!!!   also, the speakers are butt up right against the glass, so you actually need to remove the speakers to remove the glass.   i guess its a bit more protection, lol

whats your oninion of the graylite 14? is it too dark?

if anything, it could be a tad darker to hid everything in the back a bit more, lol.  i barely had to raise my brightness on my tv, maybe 2 or 3 notches.  it made a huge difference with clarity, and color.  Everyone who sees it loves it and says it really brings out the monitor. 
One friend said it has too much reflection, but i think he was just in a bad mood that day, lol.  there is a slight reflection, but you dont really notice it.

All in all, im 100% happy with the greylite.
