Hello.

My arcade cabinet is finally finished. Well, the construction of the actual cabinet is. Actually, I am waiting to order my arcade control box(from mameroom.com) until I have a design for them ready. And the sides too, feel barren and plain.

When looking through Saint's book I saw an awesome picture, of GSXRMovistar's arcade cabinet. I loved the grid design of it and the arcade controls looked stylish and cool. Unfortunetly I soon found out that not only was his site down, but he also had not been seen in a while. I had hoped to have asked him for permission to modify his design but I don't have high quality images to work from anyway(outside of scanning my black and white pages of the book)

So I'm hoping to have someone help me "reimagine" the design. Anyone interested? To be honest it wouldn't really be a joint effort since I have no skill or experience, so I would be willing to pay for a job well done...

Hey, GSXRMovistar. I tried to email you last week basically this same request. Not sure if you received it. I'd love to use your graphics too, or a modified form of them. The grid and color combinations are awesome. Like Doombucket, I have no skill and would be willing to pay.

I saw your pic in Project Arcade also. Did Saint do you a favor or a disfavor getting all of us to fawn over and beg for your designs?  ;D
Charlie Brown: I'm still hoping that yesterday will get better.

man, I still haven't gotten sideart for my cab yet, I keep on looking through the topics here and looking through arcade archives topics, none of it looks like the stuff on GSXR's cab and that's really the only design that I wanted from the beginning

Did it look a bit like this?

  http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/48650519/?qo=8&q=by%3Admatanski&qh=boost%3Apopular+age_sigma%3A24h+age_scale%3A5

I believe his was directly inspired from my original designs, if I'm thinking about the right person.

I can probably work on something for you. You can check out my cab in progress if you want to read about what I did with my sideart/CPO to make it look the way I did.

I don't think I can afford the sideart and control panel art and marquee anymore, I'm going off to college in a few months and I won't be able to bring the arcade cabinet with me. I just don't have enough money to pay for designing and printing sideart and control panel at this time.

But right now, I don't have a marquee. There's a big gaping hole at the top of my arcade cabinet, so I'm still looking to get a marquee. So yeah, if anyone wants to help design one for me, for free, that'd be a start :p

What do you want the marquee to say? Maybe I can help.

Alrighty then - since you didn't provide any type of measurements or any direction... I bring you this sampling of my badass abilities!

I put a frog on it since everyone loves frogger. We can discuss payment later. Maybe we can break it into a few equal payments.

Your welcome.

If it's SNAAKE - make sure you check his spelling - you wouldn't want any silly mistakes on your stuff. For example - look at his signature.   ;)
