I'm drawing a blank. It's not one I have seen before. Perhaps Jomac in Australia has.

Hmmm.... me either.
(I haven't looked around much yet)
Looks kinda like an older Duckscan or something.
I was trying to think of who all used "colored" pots for the color adjustments.  ???

Thanks for your assistance guys.  I mostly wanted to know because my dad's BurgerTime cocktail had that in it, and I had a monitor tech coming out to the house to look at it and wanted to try to let him know what he was dealing with.  He ended up just replacing the monitor.  He said it looked like it might have been an old TV.

Anyway, AVGA is kicking to the new monitor and it looks great!

Thanks again for looking!

I could not see enough but here is my take, the tube was made in Mexico, there is a centering switch for raster centering.

My guess is quote old???

Please check for any markings for UL approvals such as E### on the monitor labels not the tube. If you find those go to UL.com check their online registration for these numbers and you may find the manufacturer.

You probably know the tube size, but if not check the tube label it wil have a number such as A58... 58 means 58 cm, convert it to inches and you have the size.

Hope this helps, if not I am glad to try more...
