well im transforming a galaga cab for a handicap family member
since the screen sits very low im going to make more vertical so he can see it..
im in the progress of just ripping out the mount now heres a few pics..

FYI, that is a pac man cab...look at the shape and  the yellow in the coin box

lol.. thats what i ment...he wanted a galaga cab/side art on it sorry..
when i strip the side the was pac man art on it.

The only place to buy a new one is at twobits.com. ($139.00) You can check ebay... Sometimes they pop up but not that often.

well after looking at it and not being satisfied(and getting guerilla glue on it
i had to come up with some quick thinking to cover up my mistakes.. so here the new control panel....






well im almost done with the cab also but it was a challange to up this moniter.and keep the control panel flush with but..it all worked out.ill take some picks in a bit

If you're up for the challenge, why not make a custom cab with a deep table like CP at lap height.  This way, he could wheel up to it and have the CP at the "right" height.  Meanwhile, others could just pull up a chair.  But then again...

Very nice job.

If you are interested in making a more wheelchair accessible CP for him, I'd be very interested in your developments. I'm currently trying to figure out an extendable CP for myself. I'm almost sure we could share some ideas back and forth.
