I adjusted my monitor according to it and it seems bright... of course I was pretty dark before.  My color is good.  My 90% and 100% yellows are the same, but everything else checks.

Do you guys use something else to get "professional" calibration?

I use an Eye-One Display to calibrate all my monitors. It saved me so much time.
