Alright, here's what I've got:
The control panel overlay is 10 7/8" measured from top to bottom (and around the bends), and 22 5/16th inches wide.
The bend in the blue (upper) area of the overlay is 1 and 1/16th inches from midway through the first bend of the control panel to the top edge of the overlay.
The bend in the red (lower) area of the overlay is 1 and 9/16th inches from midway through the first bend of the control panel to the bottom edge of the overlay.
Here are the scans. Sorry about the "banding," it seems to be an inherent and unavoidable problem with these 4600 series scanners. I hope I did the stitching well enough -- it was my first attempt at it and I spent a long time trying to get it right:
http://www.libblerabble.com/scans/CPO.psdhttp://www.libblerabble.com/scans/bezel.psdThe individual bezel scans are also in there, so if the stitching isn't satisfactory you can grab those and see what you can do with them. I'm probably going to try to do a vector of these myself, but since I've never done one before I think one of you guys should do the "official" vector for the archives. I just figured it wouldn't hurt to make my own attempt for practice.

Hope these scans help! Let me know if there's anything else I can do.
