beatmania games (n/m found my answer)

does anybody know why when i start a beatmania game it just sits on the test screen? everything says OK except S RAM and HDD, and it just sits there doing nothing after that. does it tak a long time to load? i have let it sit for 5 minutes and got nothing? i have the chds, any ideas?

probably that the beatmania games take a LONG time to load past the ram/hdd test screen.

we have beatmania games in mame already?  i thought we couldn't cause they still use it?  but yeah, what's the answer?
