NEED HELP PLZ!!! : daphnex 096 wont load

How do I get this work, daphnex 096?

I have Px HDD Loader V1.3 an it will not copy disc 1 of 10 to my hard drive.

It will copy then my xbox will freeze saying, refreshing game list.

Help plz.  Thx

check to make sure your paths are correct in the setup files.

And check the readme with daphnex, it should have all of that in there.

And lastly, if that doesn't help, do a search on the xbox-scene forums, there is some good info there.

Use DVD2Xbox. It is much better than Px HDD Loader

I have troubles copying games once in a while with HDD Loader, but then I use DVD2Xbox and it will load them perfectly.

Oh, and you need to use dvd2daph to rip the DVD on a PC and then put the mpegs on your xbox to use daphnex.  If you just rip the DVD then you'll have to use a dvd player to play the game.  Daphne (in any of it's ports) uses the files as if they were from the laserdisc, not the DVD.

Getting errors when trying to load roms help!!  Any have a tutorial?

Where did you get the mpegs?  The frame file should have been created at the time the mpegs were ripped from the DVD/laserdisc.  Do a search on the forums, people have posted other frame files in the past.

I bought a ten disc set and was told everything is on disc one.  but when the guy I have installing them cant find one single thing taling about framefiles. so he has read the read me file and still no luck with the installation.

I am being told Xbins-dev.nfo  has what I am looking for.

What  should the file(s) look like?  How do I install them?  Do you have it working?

one guy pasted his frame file text in an actual post so you may be able to use that to attempt getting it working.

If you got a compilation, I would expect any laserdisc files to have a framefile included with them, especially for Dragon's Lair.  If I were you I'd look harder on the DVD's that were sent.  just because the mpegs are on disc 1 doesn't mean that the frame files are, you should still check the other discs for those.
