what is the best video card for s-video? my hercules 4000 is OK, i hear ATI is the way to go. also, i seen a 32mb ATI card w/ svideo for like $75. will 32mb make a difference in mame games? thanks.

I spent 5 minutes looking, you can find a lot better deals than $75.

ATI 32mbcard without S-video $29 shipped.

The better card will make a difference in the newer games.
