Pictured is a promo shot of my tag team after winning the All-Star Wrestling Alliance tag team titles. That makes titles in 3 promotions. Guess which one I am. lol.

Hint. I dont jump around but I kick really f'in hard.

A new dedication to my art. In all truth though I look similar to Samoa Joe in ring, which isnt certainly frowned on anymore.

Uh, dude, unless that is a giant ring, you're not 280lb or 6'2".

You look more like the Hot Shots than anyone else I can think of at the moment. Little guys cannot afford the soft look, it's only badass on someone like Samoa Joe.

LOL. Thats funny chad. Samoa Joe is actually 5'11", but "ring" height is 6'2". He is closer to 280lbs. I'm 5'10" and down to 190.

Yeah definitely working on my figure. Up to a max bench of 210 right now. Using 160 for my workouts though.

I've met him. You're right, he's not 6-2, but he's not 5-11 either. He stands a good couple inches above me and I'm 5-10.

Stop working on your bench. Benching doesn't get you big. Show muscles are biceps, quads, and lats. Secondary probably delts.

Get a good powerlifting routine and work it hard. You want all around mass right now and that is the fastest path. Later, when you're up 20lb, then you can start to focus on specifics.

He may be 6' with his lifts on. But when he was barefoot in the locker room he was definitaly about an inch taller than me. lol.

Thanks for the advice on the focus. I don't rely on bench, but its the only real number I had in my head from lifting. I jot it all down on my planner.

I use 30's for curls. Thats all I recall. My legs are definitely my strong point though.

Yeah. I just couldnt stand those stupid classes. I still do logo design for friends and local people, but just not too profitable.
