If i buy the tv out version of the act lab one (http://www.act-labs.com/scripts/proddetails.asp?Pid=132) is that all i need no sensor or something like that ?

That's all you need, however:

I got a normal tv not flat but the front of the screen is flat dont know how to call it will that be a problem ?
