I have done some research, and I hope this helps noobs around the world.
If you know how to set up vpinball and pinmame, you then need to get a wrapper from howard casto's lazarus site. Follow what the instructions that come with it say to do. (Put the wrapper in your tables folder) Then setup your mamewah paths with the .ini the way whatisk has his set. I am assuming you know enough about mamewah to get to this point and have a layout installed from

In closing, if you search these boards, you will find many ways this has been set up in mamewah, as JCrouse has a wrapper as well. I would stick with the method here, as it is the first one that has worked very well. Howard's wrapper works perfectly.(Except for that damn stay off drugs thing in the beginning-
