I'm pretty sure that the card will have a standard vga cable output. There is a really easy hack to take a standard VGA cable and rig it up to connect to an arcade monitor's input.
http://dragonsden.emuunlim.com/ddvgatutl.htmSo far it's been a LOT of hair-pulling work to get a basic arcade monitor to work with mame (but it's well worth it and it does works eventually). The card should take all of the hair pulling out of it (but none of us have tried it out yet - can't wait).
Another option that I've heard about is to get a VGA arcade monitor - Wells Gardner has some available. I haven't seen it in action, but it sounds like a really nice balance between ease of use (requires no special video card to run windows at many resolutions) and having the authentic arcade feel. I think that I have heard people say that it's not authentic enough - don't know if that's just people being sticklers or what... I personally am really happy with an old Wells Gardner Arcade monitor with a VGA hack.
