Have you made a cab? I saw the cabinet shaped object on your website, but your website says you used 6mm mdf, which is thinner than 1/4". Standard cabinets are made out of 3/4".

I am sorry to be the one to break the news to you, but if yours is REALLY made out of 6mm mdf (and it looks like it is), then stop wasting any time or money on it right now. It is going to fold in half. 6mm mdf is not strong enough to use in structural applications, it is barely stronger than a nice cardboard box.

Next time you buy MDF you need to get 18mm.

Mount monitor ---> hear cracking sound (immediately) ---> monitor and cab in pile ----> end of project and waste of $$$
