DOS MAME won't even work under NT. Most likely all DOS program will not work under NT ( at least the ones I tried). Maybe the DOSBOX emulator (if its NT compatible) would be your best bet.

True DOS games will not work in NT, because of the way they handle the hardware. The "dos" window in NT is a simple command shell that emulates dos in certain ways, and will not run any game that manipulates video modes or audio. Games like Blood, Hexen, etc. will not work properly in an NT command window.

Get yourself a dos boot floppy, make a small FAT partition, install blood, reboot via the floppy and play!  :)

Also, you may be able to get it to run via a dos VM in vmware. That MAY work in NT.

What about dosbox? I have not used it personally, and to tell you the truth I do not know if it would work under NT, but it is worth a try.

If you upgrade to XP (or possibly 2000), you may be able to enable Windows 95 compatibility mode, and that may allow them to run.
