Looks great!
The only thing I notice that needs a little work is some of the "gaps/cracks" in between colors.
If you look at HIS left ear and right arm, there are some white gaps/cracks showing through.
This is kind of a pain in illustrator, but you have to make sure each color section touches or overlaps another.
What I usually do is start with the colors and sections that are in the "Front". These tend to be accent colors, or smaller sections.
Then larger color areas like shirts, pants, whatever happens to be the larger items go in the back.
These larger items can be huge outlines of the main item and sent to the back.
It is best to work with layers and sublayers to get everything in the right order.
This is alot easier/quicker and you don't have to draw as much.
