PC Monitor (Sony Multiscan 20sf II) issue

When I got home from work today, I found my Sony Multiscan 20sf II PC monitor is basically dead. There is nothing displayed on screen - not even a no signal screen - and both lights are flashing orange. It won't turn off when I press the power button either.

I've googled and found nothing.

Any ideas?
