Well, this is where I am so far...

You can see the whole build process at
http://www.poweroftheforce.com/cabinetI'm still not done, and let's say this last push has taught me how to do things right the next time I do this.
1) Choose the right bit to cut out the holes...I used 1 1/4" and not 1 1/8"...big mistake.
2) When purchasing an overlay, make sure there is a good inch excess on each side. I had the top and bottom oversized, but the left and the right were spot on. Of course, when applying it, I had to pull it up once and screwed up the lamination. It will be covered, but still...
3) Choose a color scheme and stick with it. I knew I wanted the fusion graphic included, but went ahead with the light blue paint and light blue T-molding...it doesn't match. So, black it is (waiting on the T-molding).
4) Attach the joystick bases BEFORE you apply the overlay. I have some puckering due to the T-nuts/putty/screws. Not too bad, but I notice it.
5) The laminate shows fingerprints. Yes, it's protecting the vinyl artwork, but it will start to look crappy if not cleaned quickly.
6) The Kinkos marquee, while nicely printed out on backlit film looks washed out and crappy. How does mamemarquees.com print theirs out?
Overall, I'm okay with how it's turning out, but the perfectionist in me knows I'm going to be fixing these soon because they will bug me to no end. Plus the fact that my wife has pretty much had it with me working on this thing (not to mention the money spent).
Oh, and the PacMan above the X. I've gone ahead and kept it. I've modified it a little bit in that there is more of a shadow, so it looks like it's further away from the x than before.
So, coin doors and new T-molding are next...
