Well everyone knows the problem i was having and everything and everyone flacking out on me. So i put a claim on Paypal trying to get my money back. I hope i did the right thing to get it back.

I have searched on your name and all I could find out is that you want money back from the "Double Dragon guy". But I don't see where you state the reasons why and so it's kind of hard to answer your question as to whether you did the right thing or not.

Here's a suggestion. Post a link to the thread that explains your problem, or better yet, describe the situation again in your post for the benefit of the rest of the world who doesn't happen to read every post you've ever made. Or here's an alternative, be rude to those people who are trying to help you . . . oh no wait, you've already done that.

Heck, I'll tell the story. I'm really ticked right now, and need an outlet. Might as well be Talem.

He bought a Double Dragon machine off eBay. Then he couldn't find a way to get it home. He asked for help, we told him what to do. He can't take our advice because he's a 15 year old kid with no drivers license, so he cant' rent a uHaul or whatever.

So he asked the guy for his money back since he could not pick it up, and the guy refused. I don't blame him. The guy just wants the thing gone, and doesn't want to screw around.

So what does Talem do? Files a report on PayPal.

Talem, do me a favor? List your eBay name here so I (and others that want to) can block you from our listings.

like you yelled at all of us to do....wait a minute, he just explained what you FAILED to explain to us.....maybe you should use YOUR search button and find my answer to your problem, which, after re-reading it, tells me you are COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY 100% WRONG....you should have pushed it home like I suggested

Failing that, take my second option, and PULL it home...don't ask questions you don't want to hear an answer for, or at the very least, don't be rude to all the people who offer you help that you're too obstinate (LOOK IT UP, OR SEARCH) to take. Especially the people who aren't smart-butts like me and offer useful help.

Each and every person who offered you help could have told you the same useless advice you've given us....USE THE SEARCH BUTTON....but didn't. Perhaps in the future, you'll take your own advice, since you obviously know how to find all the answers to the questions we ask.

Talem: I suspect that when he actually does see your face, you'll be looking at the business end of a knuckle sandwich--What kind of loser bids on something, wins it, then defaults on the seller and files a buyer's complaint???

Jamma guy, if you are the one he screwed, could you post details, like his bidding name, the auction etc. It would help to make sure nobody else gets burned by the this poor excuse of a mamer. (it would also verify that you are not what he claims

oops, nearly forgot. There was a spider on the doormat when I got home today. I like spiders because they eat the insects that hang around when we leave the porch light on. So I took him outside and left him by the light.

you should have spend another $40 bucks.... get 2 dollys...
then lay the cab flat and put the 2 dollys under the cab.... and start pushing it home....

and along the way.... look out for those old lady drivers who drive constantly at 25 mph.... when they pass by....
you sit on the cab.... and grab on to their bumper....
that will get you home quicker !!!....

Talem- I agree with everyone else. You won the auction. You were unable to live up to your side of the agreement. You filed a paypal complaint against someone who did nothing other than try to sell an arcade cabinet. You screwed up. You need to learn to take responsibility for your own actions.

Most importantly, you do not deserve to get your money back.

well it wasnt an auction , auctions i live up to my responsability. This was from craiglist. It didnt say anything about picking up when i bought the thing

. So in other words i didnt really screw the guy/
