Okay not sure if I will get flamed for this but here goes.  If this pisses off anyone let me know and I'll never do it again I promise. :-X

So here goes...

I have a control panel overlay that I've put together using Photoshop Elements.  The image background is the one ROM created with the hexagon images exploding from the center.  I then put in a bunch of character images as new layers and put them around the CPO.  It looks pretty cool but I think it would look better if:

1)  I had a nice border around it
2)  Circles around the locations where my buttons would be
3)  Direction arrows around the joysticks

If anyone is interested in helping me I would be greatful even if I had a nice border around the edge.  Anyone interested in helping plz let me know and I can provide more details.
