That's a TTF. It can be opened on a Mac (lookin at it right now). In OSX at least, and I think it will open in OS9 as well.

Man, slik stik needs to post more about what they want.. i mean, they just say design a slik stik marquee...they dont even mention if they want a slogan, what the slogan is, what type of message they want to convey or anything.. pretty friggin vague if you ask me.

A FEW MORE DETAILS would be nice.
