New CP Artwork done :) Opinions?
« on: August 28, 2015, 07:32:49 pm »
So awhile ago i posted some ideas and themes on the main forum. Some got hate for some graphics i used.. But my general idea was to go vintage carnival/midway game style. As my idea evolved, it became slightly different than what i envisioned. my original idea was to try to mimmick and old circus poster or sign.. Anyways, enough about that. Here is my final finished cp art. What do you think :) Also, the top where it says "spin to win" is where the spinner is going to go when i get it.

Looks fantastic, my only crit is it's a shame the joystick cover of the central stick overlaps the logo ever so slightly.

Also I've be tempted to replace the following bits with yellow or dark red pieces (depending on placement):-

P1 Joystick & cover
P2 Joystick cover
Central stick and buttons

Haven't we seen this thread before?

The other thread is in a different time stream.
If you can read this, it means Photobucket's money grab ruined my signature photos.

Well done. If you like there are probably several of us here that would appreciate some basic tutorial for the techniques used to get that vintage look.  :applaud:
