Newbie need advice on running console emulators and MAME
« on: March 08, 2015, 05:40:54 pm »
Hello all, I am looking to dedicate a PC strictly for gaming that is 100% controller driven. I want to run console emulators and MAME without the need for a keyboard or mouse. Does anyone know of a front end that will support his? I have found good ones to run various console games and the same for arcade MAME but nothing so far that can do both.

Attract-Mode supports most types of inputs. I'm not sure about other front ends. Front ends that only support keyboard input, you can try using an app like xpadder.

You can take a look to MALA frontend.
Here you have a subforum.

Second for attract mode. It's easy to set up unlike a lot of the others.
