No problem, glad to help. A bit surprised you didnt know you could swap them out. But then i remember this D-bag who's name starts with a D (go figure) Lets just call him DC. He had people believing they couldnt swap out that board, probably because he was trying to sell the purple and asus for board for $300+ when the intel boards were $60 brand new on newegg.

Still amazes me people still buy parts from him., Anyway...

ed12:
in truth I had said to the "owner" go with this board
and what had happened this week would be "moot" , but
I was "ordered" to buy it from one of there supplier's and not my normal channels.
2 year's later just about to the day.. I lmao at them...straight to there face
this am..:):):) and said I told u so...turned and walked away..

it's funny how often you get the old "you have to replace this part with it's exact same replacement." even though the part is of questionable quality/construction/performance to begin with. "I don't want to deal with it if it stops working again" oh you will, it's just a matter of time.

ed12:
u know I had a funny feeling, that the little fall's north bridge fixed these merit problems...
to bad they never did it right, and left out the white/black list in there kernel call's
to save the ship..:(
even this 2010 I punched up to 2013 went in without a hick cup
the last crew of eng's got it right..to bad they chose ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- ass mobo's

mahkeymike:
You dont have to use the little falls mobo. You can use any 945g chipset with the atom cpu. You just have to edit the harddetect.xml file. These boards do last alot longer then the crap they used before, but there still old (2009) mobos and are getting hard to find. I got a really good deal on some refurbs a few years ago for $21.50 each for a lot of 10.
