How about this one? Is THIS an isolation transformer?

From what I can tell:
110VAC in (side marked 117V/PRI/0V)
110VAC out (side marked 117C/1A/0V)
18VAC out (side marked 9V/0V/9V) with a center tap for 9VAC if needed.
Am I correct?
Is 1A enough to power a monitor?

look's like a 1amp iso to me
with a 18v ct secondary also
so lower 2=117vac
upper 3 = 18vac ct,which wuld mean 9 on either side of the ct

Is 1A going to be enough to power, say, a 27" monitor? It would only be used for testing, nothing permanent.

I'd have it plugging in for 1/2 hour or so, enough to calibrate color, H-hold, etc...

If you can refrain from touching the monitor while powered on, you don't need the isolation transformer.
