Replacement Parts

So, over the years I've acquired a bin a parts, including a bunch of buttons.  Due to "reasons" the barrels and plungers are great, but the springs and switches are rusted.  I'd like to find a source of replacement springs and switches.

Is there a feasible way of getting these replacement parts?  I mean, these are just simple, plain, colored buttons like these that only cost $1.20 each.  I'm not looking for fancy parts; don't care about quiet switches or spring weights.  I guess my question is, is it even worth trying to source the parts or should I just keep em in the bin and order new assemblies?

Switches are easy. Buy them anywhere you want. Unless they're some kind of crappy proprietary thing.

Springs....ehhh I dunno. Never looked. I think I had one break on a rotating assembly and I went to Ace or someplace and rifled through their drawers until I found one that was the right shape and springiness.

Problem I'm running into is this...  I am finding microswitches from lots of different sources but they cost as much, if not MORE than, as a new button assembly.  Kinda defeats the purpose.

Yeah, that's true. Cherries have gone up in price. I think that's why GGG switched to a different manufacturer.
