Analog+XP .76 Mouse Control Option
« on: November 19, 2003, 05:52:23 am »
I have noticed that ever time I start mame, it looses its Mouse Controls setting.  I am connected through an OptiPac, and I need to set the Mouse Control to either 'sysmouse' or 'mouse 4' for my spinner or trackball to work.  But every time I exit the game I am playing, and restart mame with the same game, it always defaults back to mouse 1.

Anyway to get this to stick so I don't have to go and set it every time?

At the top of Analog+ news, u_rebel says,

The mouse and mouse axis save is broken with this verison. This means you'll need to set the mice each time you start a new mameAnalog+.

So maybe wait go back to 0.74.2(u2) and/or wait for an update/fix.

Has the been enabled yet?

I'm using mameanalogXP V0.81.1u7 w/ two rotary joys (USB mouse hacks) and I have to select "sysmouse" every time. Can't get it to save.
