Help with Pac-Man file ....Can't open it !

This isn't the first time this has happened to me, and I've been lucky with the great help here on BYOAC.

I downloaded the following file : http://arcadeartlibrary.com/arcade_art/details.php?image_id=1388&mode=search
I also downloaded the same image form here : http://vectorlib.free.fr/PacMan/

However when I open both I can only see the 2nd and 3rd ghost.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks all.

Actually here, I resized it and saved as a vectored .pdf. Original size is listed below the graphic.
