Arcade Monitor problem
« on: April 13, 2013, 02:27:01 am »
So I am having this weird monitor problem I got with an Ultracade from Craigslist. I have it hooked up as a JAMMA arcade with a UMK3 PCB and after about 2 or 3 minutes it flashes then goes white and loses sync. I attached some photos of the problem. Any ideas? I don't have any weird VGA converts or anything.

Thanks in advance!

You probably have a broken solder joint somewhere.  As things heat up, something expands and loses connection.  Inspect for cracked solder joints and re-solder anything suspect.
