TMNT: From Scratch
« on: March 25, 2013, 09:14:17 pm »
a new project for June.

A while back, I built this.

Our Shore house is FINALLY starting to get some work done on it, and should be back by the summer.  I want to re-create the original Turtles Arcade Cabinet and put it in the mostly un used dining room.   It's just big enough for a four player.  I would like to include at least four jamma boards. Turtles, Turtles 2, Simpsons, and XMen.

I{'ve got a brand new saber saw ready to go...will be getting the wood sometime in May.  and then it will be time to get started.
But first, I've got to finish R2 ;o).

Mine exists only on here and THERPF right now.  It's a static MDF build that will do some arcadey stuff when done.  You can check it out in my sig in the New Republic Flight Trainer link.  Yours is awesome.  143 pages!  I'll have to read through when I get more time.  I think one day I'll do an all metal RC build but for right now I'm happy with where it's headed.

When I read this Le Chuck all I could think of was in Good Will Hunting where Matt Damon set his formula on fire and the Professor ran over and tore it out of the garbage can and put it out.  I of course would be the Professor putting out your R2D2.

True Story.

 :lol
