Hey everyone,
I recently bought a Gaunlet Legends cabinet. Sadly I was pretty much fleeced with the purchase, and although I plan to MAME the cabinet, I'm finding missing parts pretty much every day that I work on it :-(
Using a VGA connection thankfully I have been able to test and confirm the 27 Inch Wells Gardner 9200 is functional, however I have a loose ribbon cable (5 wires) coming from the back of the monitor, which I assumed is for the Remote board (which I have recently discovered is missing)
So I found a replacement Remote Card for the D9200 on Ebay, but... the connector is a different size to my loose ribon cable (The remote card connector is slightly smaller)
So.. Have I miss diagnosed what this loose ribon cable is, or are there different remote boards for the 9200?
Looking at the offical Wells Gardner schematics guide for the D9200, the mystery ribon cable appears to be coming from the Deflection Board, via connector W102.
So 2 questions:
Where does the Remote card actually plug in?
If it's W102, then my connector is too big to fit the Remote card I just bought.. so am I screwed?
Thanks for any input.
Best Regards,
Simon
