monitor is dark only with some games

Im posting this cause im sure someone here will know
When I play tekken 2 in my war gods cabinet on my u2000 monitor its perfect the picture is clear and bright but my other 2 jamma boards when I play them the games are just so dark and not bright I have adjusted color pots , contract ,focus, and brightness but it doesnt make it any better anyone know what is going on here is the video

Just confirming again, you have DIP Switch Bank number 1 (nearest edge of board) with switch 1 set to ON and switch 2 to OFF right man?  You have to I would think or you'd get garbage from it not syncing with the standard-res U2000 monitor.    Still scratching my head, too bud.

And you're positive that hard drive has the ability to work with both Medium AND Standard-Res as well right?  I saw a post that said the (and I quote) "'B5' is medium
resolution only. 'L1.0' is switchable".  Your new drive is a L1.0 then I presume?

Correct and yes it is both standard and med res. I almost want to buy just another jamma game and try it

Also noticed too the coin lights don't light up with the tekken board but light up with the street fighter and the war gods games

In short, this part of it might be the cause for that anomaly:

JAMMA harness doesn't power coin door lights. just saying.
I have a Midway cab that's got Tekken Tag Tournament in it now and the coin door lights don't work. cause the cabinet is wired to use the extra coin door header that Midway boards have. previous incarnations that had isolation transformers generally had another feed coming off the iso that powered coin door lights (6.3V if you're looking at the Williams/Midway variety)

Think that may be the cause with the Tekken not lighting them.
